End of week two. I've been put on new medication to help with my GERD and it's upset my belly so all calorie inputs are a guesstimate since my bowels hate me. I ate up to 2,000 cal yesterday but I've been not so good with getting my full calories in. No workout last night as intended because of the upset tummy and being unable to leave the bathroom. I had to feed C in his highchair outside the bathroom just in case he started choking I was there. It's National Chocolate Day so I did stop and get myself a chocolate bar. That's my snack treat for the day.

Holy geez, moveball is tough. I used a mixture of the 5kg ball and the 4kg ball. I would try to do it the way the instructor showed and then take modifications when I could. I feel so good that I did it though. And I'm not hurting too bad today. My arms and leg muscles are a bit sore but that's how it should be. An occasional reminder that I worked out but not too sore that I can't feed myself :)

OMG OMG OMG OMG! Just ate a sub from subway. 1,200 calories??? No wonder I'm fat! Damn!

Day four- went out to supper last night. Went to a local place. REALLY wanted fish and chips. Had a clubhouse instead. Then paired it with some soup and salad. C ate 1/4 of my clubhouse, and most of my soup. #momlife But I'm happy he ate, maybe the lack of food entering his body was teething related. When something is up with your toddler, blame it on teething.
