I stuck to my diet over the weekend and am down .8lbs from 3 days ago. I'm not going to record anything but whole pounds, but I am still pretty proud of myself. Trying to motivate a friend of mine with similar goals, but she has a bad habit of always making excuses. I just have to work on not getting upset with her. I am very unsympathetic with people who want to bitch and moan but won't actually DO anything. You can't help those who won't help themselves.

Well, I stuck to the no bread pasta or potato thing and here I am, lost 3lbs! Might stick to this forever

Officially starting my "No bread, No pasta, No potatoes" rule again. The last time I did this, I saw results without starving. I just got my carbs in with apples and fruit rather than buns and pizza dough. I needed to officially write it down so people can keep me accountable. So here goes..On the way to a healthier me.

Well, I haven't lost any weight, but I havent gained it either. Im going to think positive and go with the fact that I bike uphill for 2 miles every day and maybe my developing leg muscles are replacing fat. I could be wrong, but we all tell ourselves harmless little rationalizations to get by.
