Last night my family had pizza. I had to eat along with them, else it would've been an insult that my aunt got it and it doesn't get eaten up. What was worse about that was she got it without consulting whether to get it or not. The pizza goes unrecorded in my food diary because there's nothing in the database close to what we had last night, but I know that it put my calorie intake
WAY
over the recommendation. *sigh* So now I'm being really harsh on myself for the rest of the week.
I've been slacking on exercise because my bum knee has been bothering me a lot...almost to the point that sometimes I need a cane to shift my weight off my knee. One way or another I hope to be back to getting some exercise in next week.

Now I'm trying to cut down on carbs. Decreasing the amount of carb-loaded drinks like sodas and drinking more water is a boost...
But today (more like before I went to bed super early this morning) I kinda cheated a little, having some cheddar jalapeno Cheetos and orange Fanta. I might cheat some more tomorrow, and then it'll be low-carb the rest of the week.

Feeling much better today. That dreaded summer cold ran its course and is gone. I feel like myself again. Meanwhile I'm celebrating the fact I'm finally able to walk for 30min straight (I'm talking a good rigorous walk for 30). When I was done I danced afterward because I was so pumped from the walking and I wanted to celebrate the milestone. I really had to push myself to do it, but the fact I walked to some of my favorite music instead of the Leslie Sansone dvds really helped. :)

Still wrestling with this summer cold though I think it's just about ran its 1wk course...the thing I'm hating right now that it's taking my appetite with it. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? Depends on what angle you look at it from, huh?
