I am a 20-something single female looking to be in better health than I have been in the last few years. I am a graduate business administration student with University of Phoenix-Online. Because I am an online student, I spend most days doing a lot of sitting and desk work (evidenced in my exercise journal) completing assignments and doing class participation by way of the internet, and I very seldom get good calorie-burning exercise. I'm also trying to be mindful of what I eat and figure out tweaks and tricks that will work best for me. So far (August 31st) I am having a blast with this site and beginning to see some results for me.
