Was sick 4 four week and all went to hell in that time. Getting back on track with foods and activity now that the bug is gone. What a bummer. Gained 3 pounds in that time. Oh well... Back to work and I am still down a size.

Home sick today. Nothing looks good so I am having carb cravings for the first time. I have been stuck at his weight for a week now. It is making it a bit hard to not feed my pity party at this very moment. Sigh.....
On the good side, I am able to enter foods again. Sometimes my iPad will not let me access new foods if the connection is bad. Doesn't sound like a bad excuse? The cat pushed the blue tooth box behind the cabinet! This cat would try to sabotage my efforts. Not so easy puss!

Pretty happy with things. Loosing wt fairly consistently, lipids and h1ac now all I normal range, clothes fitting better and best of all pretty sure I can keep doing this for a lifestyle change.

Yea, made the first milestone. Also bloodworm from doc shows metabolic syndrome resolved. Normal lipid and h1 ac. Woo hoo!

Happy dance this morning near the scale. After slow wt loss associated with travel but a week of on target meals, I saw a 2+ drop this morning. Great motivation to focus on the exercise part of the challenge.
