Goodmorning Everyone..
I am down another 2!!! I have been running/walking everyday except sunday.. I did just under 5 miles in 45 minutes...2 days in a row, and the next in 50,, some days I feel like I can conquer the world, and others I have no drive to do ANYTHING!!! like this morning, I have no work today but things I need to get done, My son left for school at 7 I was so tired I went back to bed until now,, I am still very tired and feel like I can sleep for days... Of course I wont once I am up I'm up... but, will kind of drag and push myself all day...
I just thought through exercise and not being over weight you were suppose to have all this ENERGY!!!! where is IT??????
So how is everyone else doing this week?????

Goodmorning Everyone!!!!!
Well Guess What ????????? I did it,,, I am down 3 more pounds, and under 160.. YIPPIE for ME!!! But thats not the best news.... Saturday I ran/walked my 1st. 5K.... I ran the 1st. mile without stopping, then did intervals of walking and running the next 2.1 miles, with running across the finish line... I completed the race in 32:44:01 minutes, and are you ready for this ????? I came in 3rd. place for my age group... NEVER in a MILLION YEARS, did I ever expect that, I still and now as I am typing this get teary eyed.. I am and never have been so proud of myself... My entire family was so excited for me, I wore that medal around my neck all morning long..
There was one woman younger then me, that took over an hour to do that 5k.... but SHE DID IT!!!!!! and never quit... I wish I would have met her, just to let her know what a great job she did, and she should be an inspiration to alot of people, it has to start some where!!!!
well I need to go for my walk, I will be back later to chat..

well as you can see not such a great week,, My hip has stopped me from walking/running.....
so not enough water, and eating alot of CRAP!!!!!
God,,, It shows up QUICK!!!!!! I am sad,but, I know its my fault, and I am doing better so far this week, I walked yesterday, 5 miles, and today I did 6 with some intervals of running... my water and eating is back on track, so hopefully the scale will show it, I always weigh myself On fridays but just easier to play on computer on mondays...
I knew sooner or later the scale was going to go the oppisite direction, but, I was hoping for later....
wish me luck this week..... and I am still deciding on to walk/run my first 5k this saturday.....

Goodmorning everyone!!!!!!!!!
ok, I did not lose any weight this week, but I knew it would come sooner or later,,, I was upset when I got on the scale, and stepped on it 3 more times, I took a deep breathe, and tried to realize how much I have lost in so little time, and with an 8 pound lose in 2 weeks, as well as beating my mini goal weight by 3 pounds I wanted to weigh 163 by the 13th. and I am 160... so I know I had a slower week with running/walking I did something to my right hip???????? no clue what I did.. I have been limping, and walking/running every other day instead of every,, and thursday and friday I did not walk at all!!! ;( it seems to be getting a little better, and I do try to run through it as for walking I can feel it more, I do ice it up when I get home, and take aleve, or advil.. which helps a little...
and my eating was not so great... bad choices for dinner,,,, not over eating just bad,, like DISGUSTING KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN on wednesday night,a late dinner on thursday night like aroung 10pm..we had a viewing to go to an hour away.. no dinner on friday night because I went to a jewlery party, and they had all types of apps... I did make good choices on them, as picking on raw vegetables, and fruit.. a few pieces of cheese, and a couple glasses of red wine, (shriaz)
Well a bad place for it,but at the viewing on thursday evening, I saw a lot of people I have'nt seen, and got a LOT of compliments.. One firemen did'nt even recoginize me, until he saw me standing next to my son, and apoligized for not realizing who I was... I said to my husband did I really look that bad, he said no, you just really look that GREAT!!! My husbands uncle was there and was smiling ear to ear.. and said you look terriffic... so they keep coming and as much as I like it I hate it... its embarrassing, and I still don't see a 55 pound lose???? where is it... ???
Saturday we had friends from maryland for the weekend, when she walked in the house I was vaccuming and all she kept saying was OH MY GOD!! OH MY GOD!!! you look GREAT!!!! then she turned to my husband and said your wife looks so good,, he said she always does.. ( I think things are better between us, not that they were bad, but I am happier with myself,, which makes things in my life, better,, ) at my sons football game on saturday I had a few moms and some of there daughters tell me I look really good...
The only one who said nothing is one of my sister-in-laws,, not that I care,, but when she lost 15 pounds I made a big deal out of it, and she talked about it like CRAZY... not that she even looked like she needed to loose 5 pounds.. because she is thin.. and pettite,, but that attitude that she is better then everyone else.. I guess I should've expected that anyway...
well enough about me,,, but wait,, I want to do my profile later, is it hard to post pictures,, ???? I want to put my heaviest and now.. a face to who you hear from..
OK,, How is everyone else doing out there???? loosing, maintaing, gaining, ????? no matter what KEEP ON GOING!!!! have fun, and look in the mirror everyday and SMILE back at YOU!!!!
