I fried halloumi in a bit of parsely + thyme + butter. I brushed a little bit of olive oil and added pepper + cumin to Quorn vegan burgers and grilled them. Added to cauliflower 'rice' and salad.

Went for an afternoon walk with mum around the neighbourhood and the doggy park - pretty much all we talk about is weight and food stuff but she's pretty happy I'm making an effort to get fit and healthy (and lose weight -I have soo much to lose) - might get some scales - I've asked this before but does anyone have any recommendations re scales?
Struggled in the walk between back pain and general pain when I'm walking faster, trying to get my heart rate up, or slowing down to ease the back pain but then my heart rate isn't up and I'm not panting. Don't know what to do!
