Happy Halloween to all! Ugh- i didn't lose today so I'm not even recording until tomorrow, but I think I know why. Last night, I used a large serving bowl for my dinner - which was a salad with grilled chicken. I thought it was my normal size, but I could hardly finish it, and when I wasw through, I felt over-stuffed. I had been using smaller appetizer side plates for my salds, and I switched to allow more tossing. What I learned from this is to make the slad on the smaller plate, toss it in the larger bowl and then serve it on the smaller plate again. Hope this helps someone else avoid my mistake.

Good morning all, today I'm disappointed in this half pound loss stuff. In her book, Ann Louise suggests weighing in every week, rather than daily- this probably is why. I have to turn this negative into a positive though & I am determined, so I'm going to pick up my exercise which definately has been lagging. I am limited because I've got several herniated disks from a car accident, but I will figure something out as I really want to drop these pounds forever and be healthy. Anyone have experience with using supplements for this diet that aren't from unikey? I'm especially wondering about the gla- black currant seed oil. your experience would help! thanks

Slow and steady- and this is really slow, but i guess a pound a day is great if it continues this way! I feveloped a trick to get me throught the first long life cocktail of the day- since the seeds don't dissolve that great anyway, I use a spoon to eat it- almost like a very watery cereal, rather than drink it. (I am using Barleans Flaxseed) Hope this helps someone!
