If anyone can recommend a scale, I would appreciate it!i think i need a new scale- it keeps showing different weights for no reason. I've seen 177.5- 183 today! This digi scale was a hand me down- maybe this is why!

p1 calories: 1200 per day- is this right?
200= 2 eggs (approx)
60= 8 oz cranberry juice
90= 2 tbs ground flax
220= 2 tbs fso (barleans high lignan)
155= 4 oz chicken broiled
200= 2 fruits
155= 4 oz chick/fish/lean meat (approx depending on meat)
100 vegetables with meals/salds etc.

I hope this isn't going to be my new permanent weight! Scale must be broken- really- if i move it to a different spot, i get a different weight- i saw 182.5, 181.5; but i saw 183 most of the times, so i'm figuring that's it.

I don't get it- scale is STUCK! i'm following 100%, walking & even rebounded yesterday! what's up with this? It's like the scale is broken, or my body is!
