Two years ago on Valentine’s Day decided to start calorie counting and keto. keto help me drop about 10 to 12 pounds pretty quickly but then my weight loss tapered off so I went into a calorie restrictive diet life happened and I strayed from my diet several times I struggle with eating out when I’m at work and I also struggle with not eating all day long and then over eating when I get home. so what really worked for me in the past is eating 300 cal meals for breakfast and lunch eating 100 cal snack around three or four when I get off work and then eating a 600 cal dinner and those are just rough numbers but that’s what I try to stick with so even though the meals might be boring and repetitive it gets me results. It also helps me out a lot when I post on this app regularly and I check in multiple times throughout the day so if you see me posting a lot or you see me showing all the pictures of every meal/ snack I have please don’t hate me it’s for my own accountability
