Does anyone else get finished cooking dinner and then totally lose your appetite for it I just made chicken Parm, salad, and broccoli with rice and I took a couple bites of my salad and don’t want any of it now 🤨

I just saw a post showing avocado spread over a bagel or toast and I love the idea of getting good fats in your diet but I ALWAYS get nauseous when I eat avocado. Are there any good substitutes?

2 cheese snacks and a coffee later 265 calories. I’ve got chicken noodle soup for lunch (progreso is really knocking it out of the park for me lately) I’m trying to reset my diet, getting back to basics. I’m trying to fill up on water this morning so I feel full but that also comes with the hourly trips to the bathroom so ... wish me luck.
