Hi there everyone, we have a beautiful day here in CA temperature is just right.
Walked the dogs at 6:30am such a great time to be out there walking. Took my daughter to Flappy Jack's for breakfast, I have to admit I had a German Pancake it's very hard to resist that one.
Not going to the gym today I have to give my body a rest. I took 20,830 steps yesterday according to my FitBit, no wonder I was feeling tired.

I am feeling much better today brisk walk with the dogs 45mins, zumba 1hr, yoga 1hr. I have been out most of the day went with my daughter to the vet for her kitty then to some stores. I walked 15,175 steps so far today. I do think I am going to relax now though. Have a good evening everyone.

How's everyone doing? I am going to do better this week I just gave myself a pep talk.lol. I really have to get back to my positive thinking instead of finding excuses, it's so darn easy to do that. My challenge finishes in 3 weeks & I have really been lazy with my weight loss. I should do better though now that my birthday celebrations are over and I can really get down to business.

Hello there everyone. Today I am going to get back on track otherwise I may not meet my challenge. I have already walked 18,743 steps & the first 2hours were intense as I walked my dogs on the trail. I love this FitBit as it keeps me on track & it's great to see how well you are doing with your exercise.
We have another warm day here in CA and that makes it harder to keep going you want to sit & relax.
