Hello there all my FS buddies and friends. I have to say I feel much better today thank you all for your concern and well wishes. I am back into my routine makes me feel good as I am back to positive thinking and exercise.
I went to the gym and did Zumba ( kept it low key for today) followed with yoga made me sweat in both classes , good detox.

Not a good day for me today My A-Fib is giving me a big problem so I will not be going to gym, once it slows down and I start to feel better I can workout at home.

Just got back from a great 2 hour walk on the trail with my dogs. My FitBit tracked me at 13,990 steps (intense workout)no wonder my Rottweiler is now asleep tired her out my German Shepherd not so much he is ready for more. Feel great so I will go back outside and work in the yard.
I feel really motivated and it comes from all the great support and encouragement everyone on here gives you.

Hello there everyone, I have to say I was really worried about today's weigh in. Now I feel great I could have done better though I guess that's what happens when you stray away from your diet.
I am amazed I was reading my FitBit report for last week I took 111,788 steps, walked 48,19 miles & burned 14,080 calories. I love this little gadget it helps keep me active & motivated. I love to see the daily reports on how active I have been.
Well now I think I will get outside & work in my garden. Have a great day everyone.
