semangat 6kg lagi menuju 75kg...
walaypun sbnrnya idealnya adalah 60 dgn TB 165cm...

hallo teman teman FS,
ak mau share sdikit kebiasaan ak tiap hari.
pagi : saat perut kosong minum lemon hangat + chiaseed. makan buah2an
siang : makan oatmel + sayur lauk / kadang ak makan sprti biasa
sore/malm: makan buah2an. sebelum tidur minum lemon + chiaseed kmbali...
baru2 ini ak coba sebelum olahraga minum segelas green tea, bikin keringat banjir banget..
note : ak bukan type org yg patuh bgt sma pola diet, krna kali ini dietku sangat santai jadi ak enjoy... ya walaupun kadang sdikit stress kalo timbangan gk turun, tp bersukur bisa turun almost 14kg slama 4 bulan...

stress banget liat timbangan naik lagiii kembali ke 84kg ( sesudah BAB), sebelumnya sempat 83,1kg. setelah itu ak gk ada BAB dr tanggal 31, dan baru BAB pagi ini. Mungkin gara2 dua malam trakhir ak nyemil kripik bawang trus yaa...
trus 2 hari trakhir ak gk mkan oat, cuma makan tahu & tempe + lauk... jadi kurang serat...
menyedihkan sekaliii liat BB yg naik 1 kg😭
