Staying in this evening and enjoying a home made prawn curry with lots of veggies instead of rice. Feel much healthier for cutting down on alcohol, coffee and sugar. I’m not doing anything like dry January or Veganuary but I’m seeing the benefits of little changes.
Also I’ve saved a small fortune from not eating out as much or ordering takeaway 😯

Back again after a little break from recording calories.
Didnt gain over Xmas so that was good but want to just keep an eye on my diet again so I get plenty of veg and feel good about my health and mental wellbeing too.
Let’s do this :)
