I got paid today. Went shopping while hungry and splurged on junk.
I'm a little depressed cause Jerry isn't here. I miss him already, but it is nice to have more room in the bed. :)

I am ashamed of my self for over eating and not following my regular exercise routine. Today, I have ate less and got 15 minutes of exercise.
