i really did good this week unfortunately i'm up a tad. Still on track and I'll weigh again next week. I can do this.

i've been kinda busy since my classes began and working afterwards. i notice i'm not as hungry when i'm out of the house whether it's school, work or play. It's beginning to get cold now and my craving are at an all time high when i'm in the house. i need help in choosing snacks for the house to eat without regret.

i've been doing ok on this diet but it seems as if i'm not doing as well as everyone else. i know everyone is different but i just don't like being the bottom person on the totem pole. at least i'm losing..right?

feeling good this morning. I took my dog out for a mile walk this morning at the park. I had a cheese omelet for breakfast but now i need to get out of the house because the smell of breakfast lingers. TTFN

Feeling Great this morning. Going back to work after the holiday break. Only for 2 days, yeah that sucks. Im down a few pounds. :)
