Happy to see I'm back in the right direction for weight loss. This whole water retention thing is driving me nuts!

Okay - I know why I gained weight over the weekend (graduation party = too much beer & too many fat/carbs) but also that whole woman cycle thing is screwing me up. I am so disappointed in my progress this week. I hate weighing in on this site this week. It's a sore subject.

Fell off the diet wagon on Saturday due to my brother in-law's graduation party/pig roast. Been back on track since Sunday. Was 163.8 yesterday and down to 162.4 today. Also - I think pms has something to do with weight gain due to water retention unless the cake was made of concrete.
