Found out the hard way 8oz of Oriental stir fry vegetable is to much to eat w/quarter cup of rice. Oh well, picked the wrong size bowl for one. Looking forward to 125! Yeah baby!!!! Did weight training today (11pound weights) Will do yoga and push-ups at bedtime. Push-ups are now up to 25 count. I'll make 100 by end of March. I'm aiming for some awesome arms and shoulders!

Couch potato yesterday...today on a tangent. Yes, I know it's a trap and won't be repeated often. Really excited aboutweighing 125 however will settle for 157 this wk.

Blew it last nite. Hubby wanted rigitoni I ate about 6 pcs. along w/4 cups of popcorn. Did some exercise, not enough to off-set the slip up but enough to ease some of the guilt. Today is a new day...I'm back on track...158 here I come!
