I have started my journey on 14 November 2021, then I was a 74 kg chubby guy, My main target was leading a healthy lifestyle so that I have not to cope with any lifestyle disorder. Then comes my consistent effort and dedication, by which I achieved my goal. Body shaming gives me continuous motivation and also some YouTube videos, I haven't joined any gym, I have studied and gained knowledge about diet science and calorie counting and did excercise in my room by resistance bands because if I will do them outside then people will laugh at me,(that was my only fear) Diet is the most important segment of wright loss journey, It is the primary thing then comes exercise (Mainly Weight Training), Last but not the least I am enjoying the journey.
If I can do it , you can also crack it!! ! Just Keep Beleive in yourself and your body, you can do it.
Believe me you will gain more confidence, even I am experiencing it.

From 74 to 61.6 kg, still going, not a tough task but consistency is the main key. Now muscle building phase began, though some biceps and triceps are visible :) , the only thing that motivated me, is body shaming by my friends and family members.
