I'm 25 and married with no children, but thinking about it in the future. I know that I better learn to take better care of myself before I have to take care of a baby too! I chose HEATHERD'S diet because I have been trying to do my own thing like this but it hasn't worked. This gives me rules, but still keeps things flexible. Just what I need!

I was successful in losing 35 lbs. last year, but was only successful at keeping 20 of it off. I've got a jump start I just need to start exercising again and quit stopping for cappuccino!
