I am 45 years old about 5" 11' & have not really thought much about my diet. My husband now needs to lose weight so together we are trying the 5-2 diet. It has been an eye opener for me to see how many calories I am eating. I have about 20lbs to lose & my husband about 50lbs. I hope that by eating a lot better we will achieve our goals.
