I am 63 years old and married for 44 years to a special man - my high school sweetheart. I have two wonderful sons, two daughters-in-law, and one beautiful 4 year old grandson. I have just retired from many years as an executive assistant. My husband is an engineer and retired two years ago. We enjoy being at home together, doing things around the house, playing scrabble on line, and visits with friends and family. I gained lots of weight after the birth of each of my sons, 35 and 31 years ago. I have struggled with it since, loosing up to 50 pounds and gaining it back a couple of times. I am through with all the others diets and am strictly sticking to a 1200-1400 calorie diet. I am 4 weeks into this and it is working very well for me. I hope to make it a life change!!
