I am a 36 year old mother of 2. My baby is 7months old. Since giving birth i am having a really hard time losing weight!! and staying consistant with ANYTHING(exercise, diet, diet pills). I was a work out buff about 3 years ago. But for some reason i just cant get into a routine and stay there. I'm unhappy with my body which in turn makes me unhappy,which probably makes me eat.
