Chicken Vegetable Stir-Fry

- In a skillet over medium-high heat, saute the garlic and ginger in peanut oil and stir quickly for 30 seconds.
- Raise the heat, add the chicken, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the broccoli, water chestnuts, and red pepper while stirring quickly after each addition.
- Finally, add the soy sauce, oyster, and brown sugar and cook until the vegetables are tender but not soggy.
- Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy your meal.
