Wow! Today my husband woke me up for our first morning walk. It was nice I ran one whole block(i almost died(-:) i ate dry cherreos for break , i will have peanutbutter and bannana on wheat bread and grapes for snack. i dont really eat during working hours but i munch. So i've choosen to munch on healthy stuff and i know i need to exercise. Thats where my problem comes in.
