I feel sooooo energized!!! I just power walked for 45min. I will have eaten a total of 14 carbs total today after I eat supper! I can not wait to see the scales in the morning:-)

Actually lowering your carb intake can help reduce feelings of anxiety and depression. Ketosis is not the same thing as ketoacidosis, BTW.
