Okay, I finally lost another pound. I'm not really complaining...I know slow is healthy, but sheesh I wish I could speed this up. I am eating right and exercising every day...and I'm lucky to see 1 pound off a week.
Oh well, it's a pound gone. It's a heck of a lot better than a pound gained.
