thunderstorm rolled though last night, barometric pressure nose dived, humidity sky rocketed (in a few hour period as I tried to sleep).
Probably the most miserable, painful and 'twitchy' (muscle cramps, etc) I've had I a long time...left me feeling queasy this morning, virtually no sleep at all.
DAAAAAAAMN I need this fixed NOW!

My Mother-in-law is staying with us for a couple of months to recover from back surgery and her knees and legs hurt her terribly when there is a front coming in. I never realized that could happen to someone but you must be hurting so much! I feel for you and hope it gets better!!

Jerry, Have you tried oil pulling. Google it. It helped my joint pain a lot. Wishing you well.

"...What is it? Oil pulling is swishing with coconut, sesame, or sunflower oil for about twenty minutes and then spitting it out. The internet is full of lofty claims that oil pulling cures eczema, arthritis, gum disease, bad breath, and even whitens your teeth."
And there was 'vitamin water', 'shark cartilage' and 'sea kelp' too, sorry but I'll be seeing my ortho surgeon in a few days (and a second opinion with another a few days after that) and I'll see what they say.
