ok, I know it looks bad but I'm 3 weeks into low t treatment and according to my bgf (best girl freind) I've put on muscle. yet my clothes fit the same so I'm not too upset about the weight, I'll see over this week if its holding steady or get it to trend back down. either way I feel great, feel alive again.

stress, old habits and depression...not a good combo and this is down from the last few weeks (that's why I haven't posted, too depressing seeing the numbers go the wrong way)...but thing might be changing on the social front at least...we'll see.
