I've been putting this off for months now because I am frustrated and, honestly, ashamed that I gained back so much of the weight I lost. I haven't been on fatsecret for a long time and slowly life has gotten the better of me. I'm not quite back to my starting weight from 2007, but honestly I'm pretty close. :(
For the past year I've played soccer once a week and gone to the gym periodically, but I have really fallen off the wagon related to my eating habits. And, I haven't been exercising nearly enough to keep the weight off. Then I injured my foot in Sept. and things pretty much just fell apart in terms of my activity level.
So, now that I've avoided, denied, and moped I think it's time to kick it back up into high gear. I'm back in the habit of walking a couple miles most days and I'm attending some training classes with a friend of mine to get back in shape. I'm hoping for some encouragement and some accountability as I try to get back to where I was when I stopped hanging out here on fatsecret!
