Had good workouts yesterday and today. Feels good to be exercising, and I'm glad I have some variation to keep me interested in what I'm doing. The ab workouts are the hardest for me... I don't think my body has yet recovered from the 2 c-sections in the past 5 years. It's improving, but my abs are still pretty weak and it's hard for me to do leg lifts and that kind of thing.
Although I've decided to only record my weight on the site a couple days a week (Mon and Fri, I think), I still get on the scale pretty often and think my weight is on a slow but steady decline, which I'm glad about.
