Steady weight for the past week and a half and I'm off to my conference in about an hour. It's been a crazy couple of weeks at work and I'm really looking forward to the conference--seeing friends and colleagues that I haven't seen in a year or more will be lots of fun. And I enjoy the meeting sessions (some of them). Thanks for the good tips on eating well. I think I'm likely to stray on a couple of group dinners, but my plan is to eat in phase 1 as much as I can for all the other meals, then give myself a break on a couple of dinners wih old friends. So, my goal is to keep on staying steady for now.
