Found out the hard way 8oz of Oriental stir fry vegetable is to much to eat w/quarter cup of rice. Oh well, picked the wrong size bowl for one. Looking forward to 125! Yeah baby!!!! Did weight training today (11pound weights) Will do yoga and push-ups at bedtime. Push-ups are now up to 25 count. I'll make 100 by end of March. I'm aiming for some awesome arms and shoulders!
