Good Morning, Yesterday was a good one, I kept on my low carb track, felt satisfied and was able to stop eating when I reached my limit for the day. This morning I have started with Apple Crisp, but not the usual one, no sugar, butter, flax, sunflower seeds, oats, bran for the topping. I can not find a comparable item in the food data base. I topped it with cream sweetened with splenda. I should be ok, as long as I am careful with carbs for the rest of the day. I am feeling very positive about my motivation to shed pounds before the Wedding. I am grateful for my life, my family and God.
