Day 5 of the Start Over...it is getting better! Not as hungry as I was before! I cheated last night and had a couple small pieces of pizza, but I am ok with it! I also did a 20 minute work out on the elliptical last night, that felt great and gives me the desire to do it more often. I know that playing softball or volleyball for an hour a day is not cutting it, so I am taking the plunge!!! I got on the scale and have lost 1.5 lbs, so that is a bonus...it is working again! It defiantly gives me the motivation to push myself! I know that I can do this again! I am very excited about the progress this far! I won't weigh again until the 10th day like I am suppose to, I just wanted to see if the results were there! I also want to wish everyone the best of luck this weekend....don't beat yourself up if you mess up, but remember why we are doing this diet and remember how you might feel after you do it!
