My Diet Mantra TOTAL HONESTY no matter what...
Whatever I consume gets recorded in my Daily Food Diary - only way it will work!
In the past I have cheated. I have not recorded things, usually naughty snack items. So on paper the diet works - of course in reality it doesn't. My Fault Completely!
If I eat it - and don't record it - doesn't mean I didn't eat it, I was just fooling myself with feel good fibs. I want to change my weight and to do that I must change my mindset - no more fibs!
