I was wrong in guessing my weight. It was 108 kg and I had been exercising and watching what I eat for about 3.5 weeks now. Assumed it was 100kg. Went to the doctors today to get another prescription and was pleasantly surprised to find my weight is now 97kg Not sure if that is good for almost a month, but the doc says it is better to loose weight gradually because it's easier to keep it off that way. I hope so.... She said to keep on doing whatever I was doing, will do. I have to see her again in 2 months so will be interesting to see the weigh in result then.
