Holding my own in spite of nine major eating events this past two weeks, the last one being today with my family for Thanksgiving ( and inaugeral Jets game!!!). 1 1/2 hours of dragon boating yesterday helped with the holiday eating schedule. My goal is 155 lbs by end of month. That gives me three weeks. We'll see. No more major eating events scheduled for the next little while. GO JETS GO
