Got a really good 20 minutes of walking on treadmill. Learned how to use Rowing machine. Will plan to make this a main cardio/overall workout. Walked hill for 30 min. Feeling more hungry/snackish today. Did Bicep Curls with 8lb. Did Lateral raises with 5 lb. Did over shoulder raises with 8 lb. Did Tricep extentions with 5 lb. Did 3 sets of abs: seated leg extentions on bench. Have drank 64 oz of h2o for 3 days successively.
