Day 3 Tracking. I went to my Endocrinologist today. Good news, I lost 2 lbs. Bad news, A1C was back up. I am hoping by tracking my food intake, and doing better with testing my sugars, that in 3 months, I can bring my A1C back down to a better level. Today is a liquid diet, getting ready for my colonoscopy tomorrow. Yuck. But it needs to be done.
