I am stressed for a number of reasons, therefore I am not eating as well as I should. Oreo cookies! Comfort food. Sometimes not the healthiest, but as long as I don't go crazy every day, I will be okay. I loose some I gain some. When the stress goes away, I will do better.

Since the Covid hit a year ago, I have not eaten out like I used to. I control my portions better and eat healthier. I still have about 10 more pounds I would like to loose. It will happen in time.

I have been trying to drink lots of water and eat smaller portions of food on a regular time. I also am writing down in a notebook of everything I eat. I am going to the gym 3 days a week. I have lost 2 pounds. I weight 175.0 now. I was 177.4 last week. I know what I have to do, but with the diabetes, it can be a struggle. I also am trying now to give into my cravings much. I hope others out there are doing well. Just keep going and don't give up.

I have been sick with a bad cough for a week. I went to the doctor on Monday and was put on a new cough medicine and Prednisone for my asthma. It is had to be on my own since my husband died. You are responsible for every thing yourself. That is stressful and that can lead to illness. I am doing the best I can. But being sick means I cannot exercise and the Prednisone makes you hungry and screw with my diabetes. I will get better, but it takes time.
