GI nasi emg tinggi, itu pun kalo lu makannya nasi doang kgk pake lauk ato pun sayur. Ada2 aja pake segala nyimpen nasi di kulkas biar GI turun dan insulin naek. 2024 kok msh percaya mitos. Kalo kita olahraga sampe nyentuh 80% Heart Rate insulin juga naek.
