checking in again… thank you to everyone for all the support it means alot, i have fallen off the past 2 months as i hit a really rough patch in life but i am willing to try again, 9th times a charm? or 10th… i’m not too sure at this point 🤣 any tips on how to stay consistent and not binge eat would we well appreciated 😄
