Ok…. Been 2 weeks on vacation and I've lost my wagon never mind being on it.
Eating off schedule, off diet, and not having my own kitchen and food. And not tracking. 😩
The 1st week I was so exhausted and so IBS, and trying to find my footing and then a couple of days of dizziness and not feeling 100%.
Doing better this week. Sleeping well, my digestion is good, taking my supplements, energy is still not great but eating liver seems to be helping. It is improving.
This week I have started exercising (it has been a while!) but I'm glad to be back at it.
Today I finally tracked my food and saw my weakness.
I can and I will get back on track.
I AM back on track. 🤩
