noo, stop, this please 🙌🏼 the bile should flow regularly, bile is released into food, especially fats; just correct macros and calorie deficit while every meal still balance will get give result, no need to starving the whole day and causing stagnation of bile 🙌🏼

Omad is excellent. got nothing to do with bile - way more important to control insulin and related.

Omad is excellent for what exactly? a Let see how many years someone can stick to this type of diet. it is not balance diet, you eat a lot just once one time, a lot of protein per one meal, fat, etc then the body can easily digest and absorb microelements So if the person doesn't have the healthiest gut ( what happens extremely rare now) most of this food simply will not be digested and yes it might cause bile stagnation because it will drain only once a day while it should be drained regularly. The best option is always balance diet with correct nutrients 2 - 3 times per day with no snacking.

Proceed with caution. This is not a way of eating you should jump into.
