@dave in action It's to get fit overall and for now I am focused on losing 12 kgs by the end of June. Already 7kgs down( 63kg->56kg ^ ^)

@Dave in action My RDI is 2000cals and I am in a deficit of 500-600 cals. So I am eating around 1300-1400 cals per day
