It's the portion sizes that are the shocker for me. Not only did I eat whatever I pleased, I ate a large amount of it. (I cook for one and single portion meals are often difficult to put together. I mean, how do I divide a raw egg in half for just one serving.) I did make large meals and feeze portions for later, but the portions I ate were too large for one person. I might divide the cooked meal into four servings, when in truth, I should have divided it into six seperate meals. Getting the portion size correct is still a large challenge for me.
