So I did not make it to the gym yesterday. Too limp to get the energy to do so. Did go today though. 1/2 hour cardio 1 hr weights. 10 minutes on the hydromassage bed. Trying to establish rewards that are not food related and the hydromassage bed is on of those things. Still hot outside, hoping for a bit of a cooldown weatherwise. Fat and hot external temps not a great mix (for me anyways). Longer term rewards? At goal weight, fit into my folk costume again! Travel to Estonia to attend the mass song festival. Return to Hedo as an older person. I'm sure there is more, just have hidden the last few years of covid and now too embarrassed to be seen by old peers. Think Game of Thrones "shame". Granted nobody i know is actually like that, but I am self conscious to begin with.
