I just came home from the doctors. I did a weigh in there and she says my weight is 288. looking back in my charts it shows that 10 weeks ago I weighed in at 307. Now im not sure how to record this? I think im going to take my 288 and just go in to the doctors for further weigh ins. THROWING OUT the scale here at home! if its going to be wrong it could have at least been nice about it! lol... another plus to my visit is I don't need high blood pressure meds now or cholesterol meds! im also down to borderline diabetes.. this will drop too in time!
